Mayor Kenneth V. Cockrel Jr. will deliver his State of the City address at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the Detroit Opera House.

A limited number of tickets are available to the general public. Individuals interested in attending should call 313-224-4415 and leave name, mailing address and phone number. The community tickets will distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
