THE XLR-V

LOS ANGELES — Make no mistake about it. Anybody who pulls up next to the Cadillac XLR-V on the freeway thinking they might be able beat it an a quarter mile stretch is in for a rude awakening. And if they try it, they either 1) never saw the “V” Series badging, or 2) mistook it for some custom piece by somebody looking to add some extra ‘bling.”

LOS ANGELES — Chances are anybody whose ever said they’d never pay a hundred thousand or more for a car even if they had the money have never driven or rode in a Bentley. In fact, after a couple of days with the Continental Flying Spur, I’m almost certain of it.
